Week 4 May 2017: Rain = 44.5 millimetres when we were away.

Towards the end of the cruise one of us developed a sore throat. This developed into a serious infection which meant three visits to a local doctor.

Towards the end of the week we headed for home. Everything was ok. All the plants in tubes survived as did the seedlings and cutting in the propagating unit.

Our new Hyundai I 30 performed well with a fuel consumption of 6.4 litres/100k.

There was a message from the secretary of the NSW Australian Plant Society. We have been writing articles for their web site for some time. In fact we have written about 250 items for the site. They have only been available to members. The site is to be changed and our articles will be available for anyone to read.
