Week 2 August 2013: No rain this week.

Planting continued apace this week. We planted 40 plants mainly in the garden north of the house. Part of the area to be planted was sprayed with Glyphosate to kill the weeds.

We watered our new plantings and other areas with grey water one day this week. We have said this before but certainly worth repeating that our grey water supply is a great asset in irrigating the garden.

Potted on a few struck cuttings this week including: Grevillea diminuta and Grevillea Evelynís Coronet.

We had a few rather late nights or early mornings this week. We watched the Ashes cricket test.
