Week 1 June 2005: Still no rain this week. The extended dry period is the major topic of conversation on radio and whenever people meet in town. Some of our Correas and Prostantheras are beginning to wilt.
A Swamp Wallaby and Red-necked Wallaby spent some time near the house this week.
We use garlic in our cooking and this week we planted some cloves in two 20 centimetre pots. Hopefully, in the future, we will be able to harvest our own garlic.
Our Correa Garden is growing in size and this week we planted in a new section.
This week we potted on some struck Crowea exalata cuttings. For a while we have had no success propagating this beautiful small shrub. This propagating success will allow us to scatter Croweas throughout our gardens.
